Who we are? In our association above average large humans age groups meet and from all occupational groups. To the district Hamburg at present approx. 270 members belong, country widely give it approx. 3400 members, that distribute themselves on 21 districts.
 

Since we want to offer still interesting leisure activities for members starting from 16 years exactly the same as for those since beyond the 70, we have offers for all people.
 		  

Into the sportier range belong for example our bicycle routes, the regular bowling and cone evenings. On the dance evenings and other ceremonies for young and old there is opportunity the dance leg to swing sufficiently.
 

Occasionally for perfectionists even dance weekends are not only offered. Swimming and moving stand naturally also regularly on the program. Or may it be also times one ski long run weekend or a boat tour?
