It lies between station Dammtor and subway railway station St.Pauli in the middle in the large barrier plants. Every 2 hours the ice-skating rink is covered for approx. 1 hour with a new ice sheet. For the completely small ones one can rent run dwarves for learning. There are already ice skates for 4 euro per running time. It is a very beautiful ice skating rink with nice Disco music.

Kanu drive over the Este -

General Info:

The Este has its source area with Todtshorn in the Königsmoor south of the place wave in the district Harburg. It can be used starting from Hollenstedt for the Kanu sports. Of Hollenstedt, starting point? Am „Am Glockenberg“ it goes downward to Moisburg past at the Appelbecker lakes. The running time amounts to approx. 2 hours. Here one should insert a break, in order to take the historical authority building into inspection. Worth seeing also the Moisburger is church with their baroque altar. In no case one may miss it to visit the water mill in the process of the Este. Once in the month the mill in movement, and it sells itself freshly baked bread. The in and out place „An der Bleiche“ in Moisburg is directly at the authority building and because of the mill. Who in good condition is, the paddle route from Moisburg to Buxtehude can continue. There is again approx. 2.5 hours of running time. Behind Moisburg the Este leaves the area of the district Harburg, but nobody is prevented to continue its driving to Buxtehude. Of the finishing point „Am Mühlenteich“ one is in approx. 10 going minutes in the town centre of Buxtehude. The Este may be driven on only starting from Hollenstedt river downward.
